What is BCollected? What if there isn't a collection point near me?

The BCollected scheme (https://www.bcollected.org/) is the Better Packaging Co’s product stewardship scheme. Practising product stewardship means that whoever makes, sells, or uses a product takes responsibility for minimizing its environmental impact throughout all stages of the products' life cycle, and especially at the end of its useful life.

 

If there is not collection point near you, why not start one yourself?  You don’t have to have a physical store to take part, you can accept Better Packaging through your letterbox at home, at your office, you can even set up a collection point at your school. All you have to do is fill up any sized Better Packaging bag with returned packaging and send it back to us. We will make sure the packaging makes it to a compost.
